When The Mizoram UPC was started on 1st April, 1995, the ministry of Missions was started as a Board, not as a separate Department and in the Local and Sectional level it was taken up by the church committee. The first Leaders of The Missions Board were :-

United Pentecostal Church of Mizoram has two (2) Missions Field; Home Missions Field and Foreign Missions Field. Home Missions Field includes all India States and is divided into Five (5) areas and twenty (20) Missions Fields :-

United Pentecostal Church of Mizoram highest Council, General Assembly inaugurated South East Asia Field in 2011.
Progress and prospects of Foreign Missions:
1. Bangladesh is a country in South Asia, it shares land borders with India and Myanmar. At a glance, United Pentecostal Church of Mizoram have six (6) workers in Bangladesh, sitting Rangamati as its Headquarters.
2. Nepal is a small nation that shares land boundary with India in the north side of India and is part of South Asia mainly located in the Himalayas. Two workers have been posted in Nepal and its Headquarters is in Ilam District Dhanabari.
3. Myanmar formerly known as Burma is a vast country that is bordered to Bangladesh and India in its West. One worker has been sent forth to Myanmar along with one voluntary personel.
4. Apostolic Fellowship Thimphu, Bhutan is a co-operate organization with United Pentecostal Church of Mizoram (Mizoram UPC), Signing MoU on 30th September 2018.
Visions
Foreign Missions Board first priority is to discover Apostol, followers of one true God, manifested in Oneness doctrine around Asia.
