General Treasurer Rev. Zoramthara will attend Tuikual church family mass gathering on Sunday night 2nd July and he will be preaching the word of God.
Upa Andrew Laldingliana Chairman, General Missions Dept. on Thursday 29th June visited Mizoram interstate border villages viz. Cachar, Karimganj and Hailakandi to study the possibility area for dispatching Missionaries.
Upa Andrew Laldingliana will return to Aizawl on Saturday 1st July.
Rev. T. Laldingliana, Secretary General Missions Dept. will attend Chawlhhmun Section (Bial) SS Meet on Sunday 2nd July, 2023.
Rev. HT Vanlalengmawia, Secretary General SS Dept. left for Mamit to attend Mamit Section SS Seminar cum Revival to be held during 30th of June to 2nd July.
He will return to Aizawl on Monday 3rd July, 2023.
Bethany Children's Home Society Board
Bethani Children 's Home Society Board meeting was held on Thursday (29th June 2023) at Conference Hall , Mizoram UPC Office , Zonuam.
Home needs were the most prominent Agenda.
The meeting was chaired by Board Chairman Upa Dr. Saingura Sailo and on this meeting Rev. Saienga Sailo, General Secretary and Rev. Zoramthara General Treasurer were also present.
The meeting also discussed the continuation of constructing Kitchen cum Dining Hall and Staff Quarters at the Childrens Home and addition of water tank.
Board meeting decided to have Bethani Children's Home Staff meeting and revival on July 14th.
In addition, Home improvement projects were also discussed at the meeting.
L&PB
Mizoram UPC Literature & Publication Board on Thursday 29th June held a workshop on the 2024 SS Textbook, 'The study of PSALM’ written by Pastor K. Lalhmingsangzuala.
After serious inspection and survey of the book, the meeting approved for the 2024 PTSS textbook.
L&PB Secretary said, Lengkhawm zai (Falk song) competition organized in collaboration with General PYD and organizing programme at Pentecost Channel are the most prominent priorities of L&PB.
He added, Book reduction sale wiil be continue during the month of July. L&PB is also planning to publish three books.

General PYD bible quiz competition 2023 was concluded.
Bungkawn PYD were prize winner.
General PYD Bible Quiz, 2023 Final was held on June 23, 2023 (Tuesday) night at Ignite Studio, Khatla.
The final round was played between Bungkawn PYD and Bilkhawthlir Section PYD. Participants Mr. Lalhmachhuana & Mrs.Zothanpuii representer of Bungkawn PYD won this competition against Runner-Up H.Lalrinfeli and Ludi Zorintluangi of Bilkhawthlir Section PYD.
Winner received ₹30,000 with trophy and the runner up received ₹20,000 and Trophy.
Semi Finalist Siaha Section PYD and Chawlhhmun PYD were also awarded ₹5,000 each.
General PYD Bible Quiz Final was hosted by Catherine Lallawmpuii and Rev. Thangliansanga, General Superintendent graced this function.
General PYD Bible Quiz, 2023 was organized in accordance with the PYD General Conference.
The opening ceremony was held on June 1st , 2023 Thursday night and Upa R.Vanlalruata, General PYD President inaugurated the function. In this competition 25 teams participated.
Prelims, Last-16 and Quarter Finals were held at Mizoram UPC Studio, Zonuam on June 6, 9 and 13 nights and Semi-Final was held on June 16, 2013 at Ignite Studio, Khatla.
The competition was successfully conducted by Sailopari Sailo, Quiz Master.
